The Tim's Cove Property Owner's Association (TCPOA) is a private corporation serving the residents of Tim's Cove and South Cove on the west end of Sebec Lake, Piscataquis County, Maine. Located in the Town of Willimantic, the lakeside community is comprised of some 110 developed lots whose owners hail from Maine, New England and beyond.
      The Association's chief mandate is to perform routine maintenance–including ditching, grading, and repair or replacement of damaged culverts–on approximately eight miles of dirt roads along the lake shore and southward on Sebec Shores Road in the Town of Guilford. Such work is the responsibility of the leadership of the board of directors acting through authorized contractors only. Any unauthorized alteration or maintenance of the roads, whether by individual residents or groups, shall be the sole legal and financial responsibility of those involved.
